Professional dive watches can do more than just keep time as a typical watch. Professional dive watches have the ability to be worn in and out of the water and with the added bonus of substituting for your dive computer as well. Some of the watches even have the ability to become an air integrated computer, substituting for your pressure gauge. www.crazyscuba.com
I am probably not the only person who wants to have a nice looking watch, that looks great in the conference room, but is also of high enough quality, with sufficiently robust construction to feel comfortable wearing it all the time.
From a functionality standpoint, the M50 is par for the course. It is an analog watch with a calendar feature. The calendar is magnified through the crystal for easy viewing. If you were to stop there, you would wonder what sets the M50 apart from any other similar watch.
The M50 has a sapphire crystal that is essentially impossible to scratch. That isn't to say you could't find something to scratch it if you really wanted to, just that the scratches that typically appear from daily wear are avoided. The M50 also features a stainless steel case that is water resistant to 500M (ISO 2281). However, even all that still isn't the feature that to us sets the M50 apart.
The M50 has the brighest, most long lasting luminecence I have ever seen. We're not talking about the kind that you get from most watches if they are in full sun, that lasts for all of 15 minutes once the lights are out. The M50 remains bright, after being charged only by interior lights and natural light through windows. The dial and hands stay easy to read all night long.
